Friday, July 24, 2027 - Celebration of our 120th Annual Fair & Exhibition
• One of the longest running Fairs in Saskatchewan with over 1000 in attendance.
• Pancake Breakfast, Horse Show, Diaper Derby, Pet Show, Kids and Adult Races &
Novelties, Over 1000 Indoor Exhibits, Kerr’s Amusements, Trade Show, Burger Counter,
Homemade Pies, Catered Supper, Fireworks.
• Opportunity to participate in a classic Saskatchewan Event that is over a century old.
One of the few country Fairs still thriving in Saskatchewan. Fun for the whole family.
• Staffed by volunteers who open the gates and their hearts to visitors who come to
experience a fun-filled Family Event in mid-summer. Every summer for 120 years!
• Abernethy Agricultural Society, Inc. also sponsors post-secondary scholarships for
agriculture programs and to recognize youth community service.
• Member of SAASE (Saskatchewan Association of Agricultural Societies & Exhibitions).

Located at the end of Assiniboia Avenue. Services include
6 pull through RV sites with 30 amp, and 4 sites with 15 amp. They also offer a tenting area - no services. Common use facilities include a sewage dump station and washrooms with showers. For more information or to book your site please call Megan at 306.333.9996.

Featuring over 2,800 artifacts in their collection, the Abernethy Nature-Heritage Museum covers the local history of the area. The museum has many interesting features including displays honouring prominent citizens of the town, a country school classroom, and a collection of over 300 specimens of wildlife. The Abernethy Museum also features temporary exhibits that are changed yearly.
Located on Main Street in Abernethy, the museum is wheelchair accessible. Open seasonally from July - August. Off-season appointments to tour the museum may be made by phone.

Step into farm life with only a short trek from the community. It is 3 km South of Abernethy off Hwy 22. GPS: 50.4346N, -103.2527W

The community Rink is located just off of Qu'Appelle Avenue on the east side of the village.

Come down to the community Senior's Center it Is located at 137 Main Street.
